UK organisations struggling to meet transforming customer expectations

New research commissioned by Insight UK and conducted by independent research company Censuswide, has found UK organisations face an unprecedented challenge in delivering quality customer services. The findings reveal 90% of organisational leaders face challenges in delivering in this area, but encouragingly 81% of respondents say they would be increasing their investment in improving customer experience next year.

Insight release record Q1 Earnings Report

Insight has reported a record first quarter result for 2017, resulting in an increase of the full 2017 year guidance. Insight now expects its business to deliver sales growth of 15% to 18% compared to 2016. “In the first quarter, our team delivered double digit organic sales and gross profit growth across our largely fixed expense base which drove Adjusted earnings from operations up more than 100% year over year. Through new client wins and new projects with existing clients in the first quarter, we gained market share in the data center and software categories while holding our own with devices,” stated Ken Lamneck, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Data breaches strip tens of millions off UK firms’ market value, study shows
