Insight Delivers the EDGE with the Launch of their 2019 Graduate Programme.
London, 4th February 2018 – Insight EMEA, a division of Insight (NASDAQ:NSIT), a Fortune 500-ranked global provider of Intelligent Technology Solutions™ unveils its new graduate programme, InsightEDGE, welcoming the next generation of talent into its UK offices.
Onboarding 12 graduates, the two year programme is designed to develop untapped talent, fresh out of university. The scheme will embed the graduates within Insight’s sales division with a cloud and services focus, as well as providing them with exposure to a variety of other business units.
Graduates will undergo training around key technologies such as AI and IoT, delivered by some of Insight’s highly experienced Solutions Specialists as well as a number of key technology partners.
“As with many businesses out there, one of the biggest challenges we face today is ensuring we continue to develop and upskill our current talent, but also look over the horizon and consider the skills of the future. Our people are our most valuable resource. We want to ensure our graduates are given all the support and training they need through on-the-job learning experiences, engagement with our partner community as well as technical training,” commented Gill Swain, UK Human Resources Director at Insight.
The programme will also include completion of an IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship qualification, ensuring graduates have a comprehensive understanding of technology and the role it plays in today’s digitally-driven era, as well being assigned an experienced mentor throughout the process.
